1.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and taraph ("Operator"). Access to and use of the taraph Platform is conditioned upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
1.2 These Terms apply to all services offered through the taraph Platform including, without limitation, casino games, live dealer games, bingo, slots, fishing games, sports betting, and any other features or products made available from time to time.
1.3 By clicking "Register", "Sign In", or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be legally bound by them. You also confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth in Section 2.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the taraph Platform. This minimum age is set in accordance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) governing online gaming in the Philippines. taraph reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The taraph Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines or in jurisdictions where accessing online casino services is permitted under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.
2.3 Restricted Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the taraph Platform: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, directors, or officers of taraph or its affiliates, and their immediate family members; (c) persons who have previously had a taraph account permanently suspended; (d) persons who have self-excluded from the Platform pursuant to Section 11.
2.4 You may only maintain one (1) taraph account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be suspended. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
3.1 To access taraph's gaming services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including a valid Philippine mobile number or email address.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taraph account credentials, including your username and password. taraph will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials where such use resulted from your failure to keep them secure.
3.3 You must notify taraph immediately via the support channel if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. taraph may suspend your account pending investigation.
3.4 taraph reserves the right to verify your identity at registration or at any time thereafter. You agree to provide government-issued identification and other documentation as reasonably requested. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or termination.
3.5 You must update your account information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate termination of your account.
4.1 Deposits. taraph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability. Minimum deposit amounts are set out on the Cashier page of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where operationally feasible. taraph aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of approval; actual credit times depend on the payment provider. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
4.3 taraph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, particularly where the amount is large or where unusual account activity has been detected. This may extend processing times. Such checks are conducted in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
4.4 All funds held in your taraph wallet are held in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the payment provider.
4.5 Deposits that are made in error are subject to review. taraph is not responsible for funds deposited to incorrect account details provided by the user.
5.1 taraph may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific bonus terms disclosed at the time of offer, which form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the specific promotion terms. You are responsible for reviewing these terms before accepting any bonus.
5.3 Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. taraph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
5.4 taraph reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in abuse of bonus terms, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, use of prohibited betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion with other players.
5.5 Promotions are available to players in the Philippines only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. taraph may geo-restrict certain offers.
6.1 All game outcomes on taraph are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game instruments (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by professional dealers. All games are independently tested for fairness.
6.2 Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. By placing a bet, you accept the outcome of the game regardless of the result.
6.3 In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, taraph reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the original stake to your account. Wins generated during a proven system malfunction are void and will not be paid.
6.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted at any time.
You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct on the taraph Platform:
taraph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found in violation of these prohibitions and to report such conduct to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where required.
8.1 All content on the taraph Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design — is the proprietary property of taraph or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in such intellectual property.
8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the taraph Platform without prior written authorization.
9.1 The taraph Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taraph makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or its content.
9.2 taraph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming session due to disconnection.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits taraph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
10.1 taraph's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at taraph.club/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 taraph may share data with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.
11.1 taraph is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes active steps to prevent problem gambling, including enforcement of the 21+ age restriction and provision of responsible gaming tools.
11.2 Player Tools. Registered players may access the following tools from their account dashboard: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) loss limits; (c) session time reminders and automatic session logout; (d) cool-off periods (temporary suspension of gaming activity); (e) self-exclusion (indefinite suspension of account access).
11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who self-exclude agree not to attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion. taraph will take reasonable steps to honour self-exclusion requests but cannot guarantee absolute prevention of access in all circumstances. 11.4 Gambling should be entertainment. If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial difficulty, please use the tools available on your taraph account or seek professional support.
12.1 taraph may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; failure to complete verification; fraudulent activity; or where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
12.2 Upon termination for breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Verified cash balances less any outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any applicable legal holds.
12.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting taraph support. Closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to you.
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the taraph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.2 Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to contact taraph support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. taraph will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days and aim to resolve it within thirty (30) days.
13.3 Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR in accordance with its applicable procedures.
14.1 taraph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.
14.2 Your continued use of the taraph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.
