3.1 Registration Data. When you create a taraph account, we collect: full name, date of birth (to verify minimum age of 21), Philippine mobile number, email address, and account password (stored in hashed format — never in plain text).
3.2 Identity Verification Data. To comply with PAGCOR requirements and our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, we may request government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, Voter's ID), proof of address, and a selfie for identity confirmation. This data is collected and stored securely and used solely for verification purposes.
3.3 Financial Data. We collect transaction data including deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, payment method references (e.g., GCash account number, Maya number, bank account details), and transaction history. 7.3 Communication records (live chat transcripts, email) are retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction unless a longer period is required for a specific ongoing dispute or legal matter.

9.2 In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, taraph will notify you and the National Privacy Commission (NPC) in accordance with the timeframes prescribed under the PDPA and NPC Circular No. 16-03.
9.3 While taraph takes data security seriously, no system can guarantee absolute security. You are also responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and should notify taraph immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

If we become aware that personal data has been submitted by a person under 21, that data will be deleted and the associated account terminated immediately.

12.1 Where taraph transfers personal data outside the Philippines — for example, to internationally-hosted game providers or cloud infrastructure providers — such transfers are conducted in compliance with the PDPA's requirements for cross-border data transfers. taraph ensures that recipient organisations provide an adequate level of data protection through contractual safeguards, binding corporate rules, or equivalent mechanisms.
13.1 taraph reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the updated Policy takes effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the taraph Platform after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree, you must close your account before the effective date and cease using the Platform.
